Here’s an updated list of classes I’m teaching currently. If you or your org book teachers hit me up.

Note, I’ll add published slides/decks/handouts here, not all classes have them or are in a state I’m comfortable sharing

Teacher info

Zee (he/they) has been in the kink community since turning 18, upon stepping into the old SF Citadel. They have been teaching both in and outside of kink since he was in high school and in the kink world for nearly two decades. During this time, they has served as both a house top and bottom. During COVID-19, they decided to focus more energy on kink community education and has spent the years since then pursuing that at fullsteam with private and public engagements. Zee teaches classes for the newest newbies and seasoned kinksters alike for organizations like Dark Odyssey, KinkFest, Society of Janus, Wicked Grounds, After Dark Events, and Bonobo Network. They also offer private coaching, and personalized small-group classes. He has been designing the classes he has wanted to see as a queer impact switch. Their classes focus on edutainment - come for the material, but stay for the fun and highly relevant demos!

This workshop will elevate your negotiation and consent skills to the next level. This workshop is designed with queer people and bodies in mind, to guide people of all backgrounds (and experience levels!) through the fun, but often intimidating act of pick-up play. You will leave feeling more confident, have more clarity of intent, and be better able to communicate your authentic desires. This class will equip you with practical tools that are your compass through the world of kink and sex negotiation, and the journey of self-discovery it entails. You will leave with better tools for asking for what you want, saying no (and saying yes!), negotiating with other queers, frameworks for creating the scenes you want, and asking the magic questions that elevate your play to the next level This class is designed around using roleplay to practice what we’re learning in real time. My favorite part of this workshop is the number of people who have met in class, and through improvised negotiation, realized they are making real connections. In the class we cover; Using unpressured language to make receiving No’s an ease instead of a burden. Negotiating with queer people and queer bodies, breaking down gender-normed habits Building a safe consent container to play within Using specifc asks to focus in on getting what you actually want

This is one of the most popular classes I teach and has been taught for WickedGrounds, Bonobo, and is a fixture of several private parties.

Hitting your stride: Building blocks for your impact scene

Hitting Your Stride it’s a class about how to tie an entire impact scene together regardless of what is or isn’t in our hands. Using the same 4 impact toys across 4 “mini” scenes, Zee’s Demo Top and Zee will show how body language, surprise, touch, and other non-verbal communication can direct the scene more than any specific implement ever can. This class is designed to be highly engaging and entertaining, as Zee teaches the entire class from the bottom, as the Demo Top demonstrates the techniques being discussed in real-time.

This class will start with some negotiation basics and discuss our calibration and safety techniques used in the dungeon and during this class. As the class evolves, Zee’s Top and Zee will move fluidly from scene to scene, explaining techniques and methodology and answering questions from both the top’s and bottom’s perspectives. This class is both highly entertaining and incredibly educational given just how much time is spent actually “in scene” there are few classes that demonstrate techniques to quite this extent. This workshop was taught as an Ion in 2023 filling the Ions space, and has been taught for SOJ multiple times…. to wild success.

CRACKing the Code: A Beginner’s Course on Whips, Quirts, and Dragon Tails

This workshop helps bridge the divide between other impact play and whips by covering the toys often not discussed. We’re going to break down a range of toys from dragon tails and tongues, to quirts and single tails. This session emphasizes safety, education, and is a direct response to the many whip classes I’ve taken over the last 15+ years. Most whip classes are often attended by only a portion of people who actually own a true whip, and the rest of the attendees often have whip-like objects, or nothing at all. With that in mind I wanted to build a class steeped in information, comparisons between toy types, and providing both inexperienced and experienced players with something to learn. In the class we cover terms and vernacular, taxonomy of the toys, how to throw and catch these stingy toys, how to safely practice whips. This class was taught for SoJ in May for the first time receiving a large swath of positive feedback.

Sensually Stingy: Tools for building connection through the pain

This workshop is focused on how to build beautifully sensual scenes with canes, quirts, and whips. Showing techniques on building closeness and connection between partners during scenes. In this class Zee and their demo partner outline the difference between sensual and sexual; walk through communication and negotiation, specifically for sensual play as well as how to use touch and sensation to elevate both connection, and pain tolerance, and show off these often feared toys in tender and caring ways. Zee will demonstrate specific techniques and strategies for hitting multiple parts of the body from the “standard” butt, back, and thighs, to the chest and even genitals.

Zee will talk through how they use the various types of touch, language, and closeness to build intimacy and helps the bottom slip deeper into pain processing. We’ll also cover the various range of stingy toys from their sensations from the sharp stings of a whip, to the deep, long lasting burn of a cane; and how to balance your scenes for the pain shy and the pain sluts.

Co-Topping for Rope and Impact With Lief Bound and Zee

In this workshop, Lief and Zee, along with their demo bottom, will cover how to negotiate, tie, and play with two tops and a bound bottom. Lief Bound and their decades of rope switching combined with Zee’s special brand of silly sadism are brought to bear in a mixed shibari and impact class designed to highlight how to mix specific ties, transitions to create the perfect pairings for different impact toys and techniques. Starting with basic restraints and moving to full suspension, Lief and Zee will show how to end with a human piñata filled with candy screams.

In addition, we’ll be discussing how to communicate with your co-top both overtly and covertly, Additional safety factors when mixing rope and impact, power dynamics and combatting frenzy, and the magic of laughter when co-topping.

Switching is for Sluts: How to scene when you can’t decide whose on top!

In this workshop, Zee and his demo partner blur the boundaries between top and bottom, submissive and dominant. This class was built as a response to the many comments and questions Zee received after their own switchy scenes in the dungeon. The workshop will cover how to negotiate and flow through the scene with two switchy people, how to top from the bottom, and bottom from the top. Strategies for shifting mental gears from oneside of the slash, to the other, and back again. Switches really do have more fun, and we’ll prove it in this workshop!

Negotiation for Impact Play: A Bottom’s Guide to Fun and Safety

For too long we’ve been stuck with a simple binary, Thuddy or Stingy when discussing impact toys. This would be like dropping all food into either Crunchy or Soft, or all drinks into Bubbly or Flat. How would you talk about the different sensation between a whip, a cane, and a quirt; or a paddle, a baton, and a punch? In this workshop Zee, a life long impact switch will help us expand our definition of how toys feel, turning attendees into impact sommeliers. We’ll cover the sensations of different toys, how long those sensations last, how different types of play impact intensity, body positions and musculature, marks and bruising, and a range of safety topics. Whether you’re a bottom or a top, new to impact or a seasoned pro, this class is designed to open up our vernacular so we can negotiate for exactly what we want from each and every scene.

Long Term Lockup: Chastity play for fun and frustration

If you’re thinking of locking up for the first time or you’re ready to throw away the keys, there’s a ton to learn about chastity. In this workshop, Zee, who’s been playing with chastity since 2015, and spent over a year locked up in a tight little cage, will be discussing a host of topics and busting myths. What cage materials are best? Is an expensive cage really that much better than the $15 dollar cage on Amazon? How do you measure for your chastity cage? When should you unlock, and should you really be reaching for that superglue?

Unlike those who wear these devices, chastity has absolutely burst onto the scene in the last 5 years, but with it have come a whole host of fud, fantasies, and falsities. Whether you’re a keyholder or ready to be locked up, there is a lot to dive into. Let’s break down power dynamics, self-locking, and impulse control, as well as fun ways to tease, edge, and explore the deep sexual frustration that so many of us desire with chastity.
